Hop onto the high chairs at our exclusive sushi bar and try out your favourite from the extensive range. Rolled or not, the rice expertly prepared by our chefs combines with seafood, meats and vegetables, and is finally doused with the inexplicable magic of special sauces – a recipe that will set your taste-buds dancing.

The grandeur of Bushido battles with your senses – a visual feast for your soul. This, however, is no competition to the cuisine. In fact, the food and ambience fit like a glove. The word ‘delicious’ does no justice to the chefs’ crafts in Bushido’s kitchens. We offer Japanese fare in every concept – sashimi, sushi, robata, a la carte – done to perfection. The robata grill teases the skewered meat with open flames from Japanese charcoal making it rich in flavour and delicate on the tongue. The main restaurant, located on the ground floor, offers the possibility to dine by the window with views of the lagoon, in front of the Samurai Wall, by the enchanting staircase or in intimate corners. With its premium silk fabrics finishing, dark wood furniture and intricate décor we redefine fine dining keeping us on top of every foodie’s list of favourites.
